This setting usually has a default value of 3. This results in up to a 90 second delay between retransmissions on some networks. Set this value to 1 causes only a 18 second retransmission delay. This entry determines how many times a response to a TCP connection request is retransmitted. The initial delay between connection attempts is 3 seconds and is doubled after each attempt.
